Returns
As a rule, consumers who enter into a distance contract have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason, subject to exceptions provided by applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once you have done so, the item should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
While the product is in your possession, you are required to handle it with reasonable care. You may inspect and try on the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical store. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
Returned products should be:
- unworn, except for trying on
- unwashed
- undamaged
- returned with their original tags, where applicable
- sent back, where possible, in their original packaging
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular for products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, as well as certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
